1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "Participant," or "User") and Neuron Path Hub Co., Ltd. ("Neuron Path Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and participation in our technical analysis workshops, mentoring clinics, educational materials, and web services hosted at neuronpathhub.click.

By accessing our website, submitting an enrollment inquiry, or participating in any training cohort or laboratory session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Neuron Path Hub provides specialized educational instruction, historical chart analysis training, pattern recognition methodology, and study laboratories. All course materials, video lectures, chart markups, workbook exercises, and instructor critiques are delivered strictly for educational and training purposes.

Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and technical analyses. Our instruction aims to impart analytical frameworks, risk calculation skills, and execution discipline.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials—including but not limited to proprietary slide decks, Pattern Identification Workbooks, trade log audit templates, case study archives, video recordings, website copy, and graphical assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of Neuron Path Hub Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of Thailand and international treaties.

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and review materials for individual study only. You agree not to distribute, resell, screen-record for redistribution, publish, or publicly broadcast any proprietary curriculum materials without our prior written consent.

4. Enrollment, Scheduling & Attendance

Admission into small-group cohorts is subject to capacity constraints (maximum 12 participants per cohort). Once your registration is confirmed, attendance at scheduled live video lectures and weekend chart labs is the responsibility of the participant. Replays and annotated chart packs are made available in the student portal following each session.

Private 1-on-1 Chart Clinics require 48 hours advance notice for rescheduling without forfeiture of the allocated mentor time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, Neuron Path Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in our training programs, your interpretation of technical chart patterns, or your use of our educational resources.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall first be submitted to good-faith mutual consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
