Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview & Commitment

At Neuron Path Hub Co., Ltd., we maintain high instructional standards across our consolidation pattern cohorts, weekend clinics, and private mentoring sessions. Because our cohorts are strictly capped at 12 participants and private mentor slots are strictly limited, we have established this comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness to both students and faculty.

2. Workshop & Cohort Program Refund Eligibility

For structured group programs, including the 6-Week Consolidation & Range Mastery Workshop and the 4-Week Multi-Timeframe Structure & Volume Lab:

• Full Refund (100%): You are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition fees if your written cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the official cohort start date.
• Partial Refund (70%): Cancellations requested between 7 and 13 calendar days prior to the start date are eligible for a 70% refund, with the remaining 30% retained as an administrative seat-allocation charge.
• Cohort Transfers: As an alternative to cancellation, students may request a one-time transfer to a subsequent cohort date at no extra charge, provided the request is submitted at least 7 days before course commencement.

3. Weekend Masterclasses & Single-Day Clinics

For weekend intensives (such as the Compression & Breakout Execution Clinic) and single-day Saturday Chart Lab passes:

• Cancellations submitted at least 5 calendar days prior to the event qualify for a full refund or full credit toward a future lab date.
• Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable but can be converted into a recording pass and complete annotated workbook bundle.

4. Private 1-on-1 Chart Clinics & Diagnostics

Private mentoring requires substantial preparation by our senior instructors, including pre-session audits of up to 30 trade setups:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your private 1-on-1 session without penalty with at least 48 hours advance notice.
• Pre-Audit Work Completed: Once the instructor has completed the pre-session trade log audit and produced your diagnostic draft, a 50% preparation fee is applicable if the session is canceled rather than rescheduled.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled private session without prior written communication results in forfeiture of the session slot.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Completed Services

The following items and services are non-refundable once delivered:

• Individual 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions and trade log audits that have already been conducted in full.
• Digital course downloads, PDF workbook packages, and historical case study archives once accessed or downloaded.
• Customized institutional training programs where bespoke curriculum design work has already commenced under contract.

6. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To initiate a formal refund or rescheduling request, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@neuronpathhub.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name].
2. Include your enrollment date, invoice reference number, and reason for the request.
3. Our admissions administration team will evaluate your submission and provide written confirmation within 2 business days.

7. Processing Method & Currency

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (such as international bank wire or local Thai bank transfer). Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction (USD or THB).

Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution's processing cycles.
